Abstract
The essence of this proposition of Unified Quantum Relativity lies in the realization that the energy of rest-rest quanta vary due to motion and gravity and that this variation produces the effects of Relativity. This talk will reinterpret gravitational redshift as a basis for assessing the variation of quanta due to gravity.
