On the Operator connecting the Witten 3-Vertex and the CSV 3-Vertex

The half-string approach to string field theory is used to construct the ghost conformal operator connecting the ghost part of the Witten interaction three vertex and the standard ghost vertex due to Caneschi, Schwimmer and Venziano.
