Study of the Decay $D \to \rho e \nu$

Using 281 pb$^{-1}$ of data collected with the CLEO-c detector at the $\psi(3770)$ resonance, we discuss improvements on branching fraction measurements and studies of form factors for the semileptonic decays $D^0 \to \rho^- e^+ \nu$ and $D^+ \to \rho^0 e^+ \nu$.
