A measurement of the relative phases and amplitudes of $D0 \to K^{*+}K^-$ and $D0 \to K^{*-}K^+$

Using a Dalitz Plot technique to investigate $D^0 \to K^+K^-\pi^0$ decays in the CLEO~III data set, we have measured the relative amplitudes and phases of the charmed decays $D^0 \to K^{*+}K^-$ and $D^0 \to K^{*-}K^+$.
