Measurements of Inclusive Yields of $B$ and $B_S$ Mesons into $\phi$

Using data taken at both the $\Upsilon(4S)$ and $\Upsilon(5S)$ resonances, with the CLEO III detector, we report on the yields of $B$ and $B_S$ mesons into $\phi$ mesons.
