Decays of $D$ mesons to final states containing $\eta$ and $\eta^{\prime}$

We present new measurements of singly and doubly Cabibbo-suppressed decays of $D$ mesons into final states containing $\eta$ and $\eta^{\prime}$ mesons from CLEO-c. The study of these final states provides additional information on SU(3) symmetry breaking and final state interaction effects in $D$ meson decays.
