Search for CP violation in $D^{\pm}\rightarrow K^{\pm}K^{\mp}\pi^{\pm}$

We present a search for the direct CP asymmetry in the singly Cabibbo- suppressed decays {$D^{\pm}\rightarrow K^{\pm}K^{\mp}\pi^{\pm}$ } based on a data sample of 468 fb$^{-1}$ recorded by the BaBar detector. We report on the results of a simultaneous fit of the $D^{+}$ and $D^{-}$ Dalitz plots to measure the asymmetry in the resonant and non-resonant components.
