Study of $B$ meson decays to $\eta K \gamma$ final states

We present measurements of the branching fraction and integrated CP asymmetry for charged $B$ meson decays to $\eta K \gamma$, and the branching fraction and time-dependent CP asymmetry for neutral $B$ meson decays to $\eta K^0 \gamma$. Our measurements are based on data collected from 1999-2007 with the BaBar detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy $e^+e^-$ collider at SLAC.
