CMS plans for the measurement of the Z decays as a differential function of Z rapidity in the electron channel

Plans for a measurement of the Z differential cross-section are presented with 100 inverse-pb of fully simulated and reconstructed MC. This includes the method for determining electron efficiency and acceptance as well as a discussion of statistical and systematic errors.
