An Extension of the Special Theory of Relativity

Abstract

We report an extension of the Einstein's Special Theory of Relativity to handle the special cases in which the speed of the moving particle is comparable to or even exceeding the speed of light. Employing an apparent speed of light relative to the moving observer we propose an empirical relations that works pretty well. Details of our results will be presented at the conference.
