Search for two-body $B$-meson decays with a $b_1$ meson and a $\rho$ or $K^*$ meson

We present results of a search for $B$-meson decays to a $b_1$ meson in combination with a vector meson $\rho\rightarrow\pi\pi$ or $K^*\rightarrow K\pi$. The analysis was performed on a data sample consisting of 465$\times10^{-6}$ $B\kern 0.18em\overline {\kern -0.18em B}$ pairs collected with the {\sl B{\scriptsize A} B{\scriptsize AR}} detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy $B$ Factory at SLAC.
