Measurement of the $B_s^0$ Mixing Phase $\beta_s$ with the CDF\,II Detector

We present the latest CDF results on the determination of the $B_s^0$ mixing phase $\beta_s$, based on an angular- and time-dependent analysis of the $B_s^0\rightarrow J/\psi \phi$ decay mode, including determination of the flavor of the $B_s^0$~meson at production. We discuss the compatibility of the result with Standard Model predictions as well as combination with other results and give prospects for further improved precision measurements.
