Study of two-body $B^0$ decays to $\rho^0 K^{*0}$, $f_0 K^{*0}$ and $\rho^- K^{*+}$

We present measurements of branching fractions, polarization, and $CP$-violation charge asymmetries for $B^0$ decays to $\rho^0 K^{*0}$, $f_0 K^{*0}$, and $\rho^- K^{*+}$ where the $K^*$ can be a $K^*(892)$, $K_0^*(1430)$, or $K_2^*(1430)$. The analysis was performed on a data sample consisting of 470$\times 10^{6}$ $B\kern 0.18em\overline{\kern -0.18em B}$ pairs collected with the {\sl B{\scriptsize A}B{\scriptsize AR}} detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy $B$ factory at SLAC.
