The Design of Magnetic Fields of Solenoid, Calculated from the Potential of a Uniformly Charged Disk

Abstract
This is an ongoing project with the goal of developing a better method of calculating the magnetic field of a solenoid everywhere in space. It involves elliptic integrals of the first kind, and the electrostatic potential of a uniformly charged disk. Progress to date will be discussed.
