Inclusive Photons at CMS

Abstract

We present a study of inclusive photons using the CMS detector. High P$_{T}$ photons are a sensitive test of perturbative QCD and can help to constrain the gluon parton distribution function. A template method is used to discriminate the signal from QCD backgrounds, and systematic errors are estimated.
