Gluon Modifications and Asymmetric Light-on-Heavy Nuclear Collisions
ORAL
Abstract
Observables such as nuclear modification factor and pseudorapidity asymmetry in p(d)A collisions are useful in constraining global fits to nuclear parton distributions. Using the framework of perturbative Quantum Chromodynamics (pQCD) we investigate the sensitivity of these observables to nuclear gluon modifications at RHIC (d+Au) and LHC (p+Pb) energies.
