QCD Backgrounds at Colliders

Abstract

I will present an update of theoretical studies of QCD backgrounds at colliders, focusing on the important case of associated production of a vector boson with jets at colliders. A new polarization effect for W bosons at high transverse momentum at the LHC is also discussed.
