Electron Impact ionization of H, He and Li isoelectronic series

Abstract

Electron impact ionization cross-sections for Hydrogen (H), Helium (He) and Lithium (Li) isoelectronic series are presented for $E\le 2.0keV$. A few simple models [1] suitable for rapid generation of accurate results as needed for various modeling codes are used to calculate cross sections.
