Magnetic Moments of Baryons in the Unquenched Quark Model

Abstract
We present the results of the Unquenched Quark Model (UQM) to obtain the total and transition magnetic moments of decuplet and octet baryons. We include the contribution of baryon-meson components in the wave function of the corresponding baryons as a consecuense of the description of flavour asymmetry in the proton. The principal results are the transition magnetic moments of the sigma baryons and in this UQM we compare with the experimental data at this time. The total magnetic moments of baryons are also a first result and a consistense prove of the UQM, where we include the $q \bar q$ sea pairs only to the barion-pion contribution.
