High energy interactions of cosmic neutrinos

Neutrinos from high energy astrophysical sources and from cosmic ray interactions with the cosmic background radiation probe energies at the limit and beyond the reach of laboratory accelerators. Different theoretical approaches to the high energy extrapolation of the neutrino cross section with nuclei will be discussed, with an emphasis on the implications of the high energy extrapolations on related particle processes.
