Searches for continuous gravitational waves with Advanced LIGO

The Advanced LIGO interferometers have completed their first observing run at unprecedented sensitivity, and now a variety of searches for continuous gravitational waves are underway. I summarize the activities and plans of the continuous waves data analysis group for Advanced LIGO and Virgo data.
