Recent cross section measurements from T2K experiment
ORAL
Abstract
Uncertainties on neutrino interactions with matter are important for current and future generation neutrino long baseline experiments, which infer neutrino mixing parameters. The Tokai-to-Kamioka experiment in Japan produces an intense neutrino and antineutrino source which impinges on multiple detectors located close to production. This talk will describe various open questions about neutrino interaction modelling and outstanding discrepancies between previous measurements, and recent measurements made by T2K of neutrino and antineutrino interactions which aim to answer those issues.
