Speed of Light from Cyclotron Radiation

There have been several claims about speed of light measurements grater than c for cyclotron radiation.

We have studied theoretical electromagnetic wave formation of electromagnetic waves from cyclotron based sources. It is our understanding that the light produced from cyclotron is formed under different conditions than ordinary electromagnetic wave formation.
