Gravitational Wave Multimessenger Astrophysics

As the breadth and depth of gravitational wave detection capabilities grows, so do the opportunities for multimessenger observations. This talk will survey the near- and medium-term future for ground- and space-based gravitational wave observatories, the astrophysical sources with the potential to also be observed electromagnetically, and the promise of how joint observations will answer long-standing questions in astrophysics, cosmology, and fundamental physics.
