Measurement of the branching fraction and a search for CP violation in B to phi phi K.

We report the final results of the measurement of the branching fraction and CP violation in B to phi phi K decays based on a data sample collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e$+$ e- collider.
