Building Trust in Mentor/Mentee Relationships

In this workshop we will examine some of the factors that build trust in the relationships between mentor and mentee. Participants will provide examples from their own experiences of mentors who made a difference for them. We will also examine a few resources that are available on this subject and compare those recommendations and best practices to our own experiences.
