Fidelity Between Unitary Operators and the Generation of Robust Gates

Abstract
We present some results concerning the Dyson series and the Magnus expansion for the fidelity of unitary operators and its applications for finding robust quantum gates. An illustrative case is shown for the case of a qubit with off-resonance perturbations.
