Phillips line and the universality in elastic three-body collisions

POSTER

Abstract

We investigate the universal properties of three-body systems below the break-up threshold. The three-body scattering length and the three-body bound state closest to the threshold are strongly correlated. We study the dependence of the correlation on the details of the interaction and the mass ratios of the constituents. Knowing and understanding properties of the Phillips line can help in practical estimations of the properties of various molecular three-body systems.
