Heavy particle collisions using on the fly electronic structure

On-the-fly calculations for molecular processes involve determination of electronic structure as needed simultaneously with nuclear dynamics; rather than in advance. The application of the methodology to heavy particle collisions is explored. Suitable methods for electronic structure evaluation are investigated with applications to prototypical collisional problems.
