DarkLight@ARIEL
ORAL
Abstract
DarkLight@ARIEL is a search for 10s-of-MeV-scale dark sector physics, originally motivated by a series of anomalies observed by various groups. Using the ARIEL superconducting electron accelerator at TRIUMF and a two-spectrometer setup, the experiment aims to measure electron-positron pairs and reconstruct the mass of the intermediate state. The experiment was installed and commissioned this summer, and in the talk, I will present the physics case and current status of the experiment.
