High Harmonic Generation From Laser-Solid Interactions at The ZEUS Laser Facility

POSTER

Abstract

High intensity laser solid density target experiments at petawatt facilities have applications in ion acceleration, electron acceleration, and high harmonic generation. Here we present preliminary results from a high harmonic generation experiment at the Zetawatt-Equivalent Ultrashort pulse laser System (ZEUS), housed at the University of Michigan. The setup includes double plasma mirrors, a prepulse delay line, and scatter screen imaging.
