Non-local One-Body Densities for Positive Parity Lithium Isotopes

ORAL

Abstract

We use the NNLOopt Chiral EFT nucleon-nucleon interaction to construct non-local densities of Lithium isotopes in the ab initio no-core shell-model (NCSM) framework.

These non-local one-body densities are traditionally expanded into multipoles.

States with nonzero total angular momentum, such as the ground states of 6Li and 8Li, require both monopole and quadrupole contributions.

Different properties of the multipoles densities are examined.

The monopole densities are separable in momentum transfer (q) and average momentum (Κ).

In contrast, the quadrupole densities depend on the angle between q and Κ.

The dependence of the quadrupole densities on the total angular momentum projection is also examined.

The quadrupole form factors as functions of q and K are studied to investigate nonlocality.
