Abstract

More than ever, physics teachers and faculty members need to foster a robust and engaging learning environment. One resource is the AAPT national office, which serves as a central hub dedicated to advancing physics teaching and learning. This presentation will explore various programs designed to support physics educators at all levels, from teachers in K-12 classrooms to faculty at two- and four-year colleges and universities. Several of AAPT’s higher education programs are collaborations with APS and support departmental change efforts. Learn how programs like these can help you cultivate a thriving physics learning environment in your classroom or department.
