Femtosecond Laser Processing Characterization of Organic Thin Film

Abstract

Laser processing characterization of organic thin film solar cell is important for solar cell production technique. Femtosecond laser is able to process low thermal damage processing. Laser processed surface of organic thin film is checked and the processing characterization is investigated.
