Dear Colleague Letter: ECosystem for Leading Innovation in Plasma Science and Engineering (ECLIPSE): Special Focus on PFAS and Microelectronics

The removal of PFAS from the environment and the fabrication of microelectronics represent two areas are of societal and technological need where plasmas play a critical role. To address these needs, the U.S. National Science Foundation recently released a Dear Colleague Letter (DCL) encouraging the submission of interdisciplinary proposals that capitalize on opportunities for bringing fundamental plasma science and engineering investigations to bear on these topics. This talk will present information about this DCL.
