Neon adsorption isotherms on carbon nanohorns
ORAL
Abstract
We will present results of neon adsorbed on unpurified carbon nanohorns. The nanohorn sample was obtained from Nanocraft, Inc. Our adsorption isotherm measurements were conducted at temperatures between 19 and 27 K. We determined the specific surface area for our sample, and studied adsorption at different coverages. Results for isosteric heat will also be presented. This work is supported by the NSF through grant DMR-0089713.
