NMR Force Microscopy on an hcp Co single crystal

We discuss the implementation of NMR Force Microscope setup designed and built for NMR study of ferromagnetic thin films. The details of data collection and analysis as well as the design of RF and Magnetic Field subsystems are presented. As an example of subsurface NMR investigation we present the preliminary data obtained from an hcp Co single crystal followed by the discussion of sensitivity and spatial resolution of the method.
