Organic Field Effect Transistors

This talk will present an introduction to organic field effect transistors (OFETs) including results for pentacene thin film transistors, which have become a benchmark for organic electronics. We will also discuss the use of high capacitance gate dielectrics in OFETs to achieve large two dimensional carrier densities and metallic conductivity in OFETs.
