Ceramic Polymer Composites

Nanocrystaline Powders of PZT ceramic material were prepared by conventional ceramic preparation technique. Studied its particle size using Xrd and SEM. Prepared composites out of it by mixing it with Polystyrene by melt mixing method. Studied its mechanical, Electrical and surface tensional properties. Addition of fillers enhances the mechanical and electrical properties of polystyrene. All the results are in close agreement with its uses in electronic industry.
