NMR Studies in Macromolecular Solutions

We use diffusion nmr to characterize the dynamics of multi-component macromolecular solutions. Diffusion coefficients of all components are obtained simultaneously. We also present a scheme to extract the diffusion coefficients associated with transient aggregates in solution. Applications and limitations of this scheme are discussed.
