The Superconducting Phase Diagram of V3Si0.98X0.02, X=Ni, Mn, Co, Fe, Cu

Abstract

We report on the results of AC Resistivity measurements of V$_{3}$Si$_{0.98}$X$_{0.02}$ in the presence of a magnetic field, where the dopants include Ni, Fe, Mn, Co, and Cu. From this we see a clear shift in the superconducting critical temperature of the materials in response to increasing in field strength. Additionally, dilatometry measurements provide information on the thermal expansion coefficients of these materials.
