Electromagnetic response of time reversal invariant triplet superconductors

Abstract
We study the effective action of time reversal invariant triplet superconductors in two and three dimensions and obtain the electromagnetic response. The B-phase of Helium 3 and its two dimensional analog are topologically non-trivial phases. The two dimensional triplet superconductor may be regarded as two copies of a chiral $p_x + i p_y $ superconductor. We discuss signatures of the non-trivial topology in the effective action and in the electromagnetic response.
