Optically Detected Electron Spin Resonance of GaAs Spin-LEDs
ORAL
Abstract
GaAs ``spin-LED'' samples give off circularly polarized light due to spin-polarized electrons being injected into a quantum well diode structure. The spin dynamics of these electrons have been studied through electron spin resonance (ESR), with the resonance being optically detected by a change in the circular polarization of the emitted light. Results of the ESR experiments will be presented.
