Competing states in the Kondo breakdown model

We investigate the emergence of ordered states around the Kondo breakdown quantum critical point in the slave boson description of the extended Kondo-Heisenberg and Anderson models. We consider the competition between magnetic, superconducting and spin gap states, and discuss the stability of the Kondo breakdown picture towards states competing with the simplest spin liquids considered so far.
