Photoemission in Ferropnictides

High resolution angle resolved photo emission spectroscopy yields the most direct and most detailed information on the electronic structure of solids. This opens the oppertunity to really compare theoretical band structures with experiment. However, the method is surface sensitive. For the ferropnictides highly resolved data are available, which are re-evaluated on the basis of density functional calculations.
