Kronig-Penney Model of Graphene in a Magnetic Field of Arbitrary Strength

Abstract

We address the magneto-dynamics of a 2D graphene sheet with a one dimensional periodic array of quantum wires, using a Kronig-Penney type model. In particular we examine the role a normal magnetic field inducing Landau quantization effects in terms of a closed form integral representation involving only elementary functions which incorporates the full spectrum of magnetic-quantized graphene states and energies.
