Effect of Weak Magnetic Field on Neural SIgnals

POSTER

Abstract

Biosensors are devices that employ specific biochemical reactions mediated by enzymes, tissues, organelles or whole signals by electrical, thermal or optical signals. Biochemical production is affected by external magnetic field and the electrical and chemical signals may also interact with external fields. We study the effect of weak magnetic field on electrochemical signal transport and its impact on biosensors and neural signals.
