High field contactless resistivity measurements of YBa2Cu3O6+x in quasi hydrostatic pressures up to 20 GPa

ORAL

Abstract

The high temperature copper-oxide superconductor YBa2Cu3O6+x is widely studied due to its rich phase diagram and the observation of quantum oscillations in the underdoped regime. However, the overdoped regime remains largely inaccessible by chemical doping. Recently we have used high pressures to access the full superconducting dome. I will discuss measurements in pressures up to 20 GPa in high magnetic fields to explore the evolution of superconductivity into the overdoped regime.
