LGBTQ+ Roundtable Discussion

This roundtable discussion will focus on ways to improve the professional and educational climate within physics for those who identify as gender and sexual minorities (LGBTQQIAAP+). We will review the findings of the report, LGBT Climate in Physics: Building an Inclusive Community (https://www.aps.org/programs/lgbt/index.cfm), and brainstorm strategies to improve support for physicists across the spectrum of career stages and work environments. All are welcome to attend.
