Thermodynamics-based electrochemistry transport models: theory and applications

Abstract
I will describe Newman-Monroe thermodynamics-based eletrochemical transport models and new results on numerical modeling and molecular dynamics based parameter estimation in such models. This work has applications to modeling multiphysics processes in solid electrolythes and is a part of a program of research on electric batteries.
